Shipping & Returns

Policy and Procedure

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. For eligibility: 

  • You can return or exchange any items purchased within this time frame, some exclusions apply.
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items that were delivered more than 30 days ago or marked as final sale.
    •  No returns or exchanges on any Artist or handmade products due to the nature of the items
    • No returns or exchanges on Food & Beverage; exclusions may apply.

Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in original condition.

·       Return Process

o   To initiate a return, please email retail@porter.works within the eligible return period and share your order number in the subject line.

o   We will inform you if your order is eligible for return and guide you through the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

o   Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

·       Refund Options

o   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

o   Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified.

o   Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

·       Exchanges

o   If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact retail@byporter.com and share your order number in the subject line.

o   Exchanges are subject to product availability.

·       Damaged or Lost/Stolen Items

o   Did you receive a damaged item?

o   Was your item lost or stolen?

Shipping Lead-times

 

·       Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing + shipping

·       Domestic orders will ship via USPS first class mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We will choose the most economical option while ensuring items arrive quickly! Shipping will be charged at a flat rate per order based on weight/scale of item:

o   Under 1lb: $5

o   1-3 lbs: $10

o   3-6 lbs: $15

o   5+ lbs: $20

 

·       We offer in-store pickup free of charge and will have your ready within 1-2 business days (except for scheduled closures).

·       We’re not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

·       USPS does not ship on weekends.

·       At this time, we do not offer International Shipping. Thank you.
