Q: How long do I have to return an item?

A: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

 

Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: To initiate a return, please contact retail@byporter.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions once approved.

 

Q: How will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear back into your account. 

 

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different color/style?

A: Yes, if you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact  retail@byporter.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Q: Are there any items that are non-returnable?

A: Yes, certain items may not be eligible for return, like our handmade products or due to hygiene reasons, such as perishable food items or cosmetics. Gift cards and digital products are also non-returnable.
